The anti-spike top pad for basic pole vault landing system joined together the basic elements ref.17149. The top pad, made up of a 7cm polyurethane foam plate covered in anti-spike fabric, optimizes comfort and safety. (This special fabric is coated end-to-end and then woven, so this special fabric is more flexible and more resistant.)
The anti-spike mat attaches perfectly to the advances of the basic pole [Ref.17230] with wide Velcro strips. This mat is attached to the mattress by non-visible carabiners, placed underneath, thus avoiding snagging and injuring the athletes.
