We manufacture custom-made landing mats for artificial climbing structures (SAE) in bi-density foam - 10 CM thick. Recommended for receiving falls from climbers insured on the wall.
Our reception surfaces for the SAE (Artificial Climbing Structures) type route / wall of difficulty are certified according to the Afnor NF P 90-312 standard which defines the safety requirements in terms of dimensions, connections and absorption capacities of mattress.
Mattresses made of bi-density foam (7cm of polyurethane foam with a density of 24kg / m3 for better absorption, covered with a plate of 3cm of very firm polyethylene foam with a density of 30kg / m3 for optimal stability).
Fabrics in Tergal 1000 denier fabric, NF classified M2 fire retardant and phthalate free. Removable cover with leather grain top, non-slip bottom with zipper on 3 sides.
Equipped with removable 20 cm velcro connecting flaps on the top to be positioned along the lengths to form a uniform receiving surface.
Tear-proof handling handles (seat belt type) sewn with 8 stitches.
